Active data sources
Service "api" resolves each data axis independently from its environment. A real source is served by default; the live credentialed paths layer on top only when keys are present.

Live ingestion credentials

Set LLM_API_KEY to enable LLM synthesis. The analyst still works today via its deterministic, data-grounded fallback.

How to read this
- Snapshot mode means the terminal serves a real, build-time-ingested capture of pokemontcg.io reference prices — real data, no per-request network dependency, but dated.
- Graded fair-value pins come from a separately-committed sold-comp feed because pokemontcg.io publishes only ungraded prices.
- Comparable sales, population, and liquidity structure around a real anchor remain modeled — only the anchor price and the listed reference are real.
- When the snapshot ages past two weeks its freshness escalates to a stale warning until live ingestion is provisioned or the snapshot is refreshed.
